Help needed for the Academy Christmas Display

Christmas Display Time - Help needed from all disciplines involved.

Set Up

The gym is being set up on Saturday from 4pm - please help if you can, as the more people there are the sooner the job gets done and we can all go home and watch the x factor final!!!

Stalls

Also, a list has gone up for people to volunteer to help run the stalls. We still have lots of gaps, so please sign up if you are available to help....

Donations

If you can't help out on the day - we are still short on wine for the wine and water stall, we need donations of cobs and crisps etc to sell on the refreshments stall.

After the Display

Finally, the gym also needs to be put back to normal after the display - if you are around during the second session - it would be really helpful if you could spare some time to help - I'm sure everyone will be ready to go home after such a long day so again we need as many hands as possible.

Performing Gymnasts need to be at the gym:

First display: 10.15am

Second (if not in first): 1.15pm

If you are still unsure of which perfomance your child is in please talk to your coach.
