How to find us
We run most of our sessions at our main gym site, however, we run a programme of Saturday morning sessions at Rushcliffe Arena in West Bridgford. Please make sure you attend the correct site.

Our Main Gym Site
We are on the Rushcliffe School (Rushcliffe Spencer Academy) site on Boundary Road in West Bridgford.
Parking
There is a large car park, but it can get extremely busy, particularly during school hours and on Saturdays. Please allow enough time to park and walk up to the gym. There is parking available on surrounding streets too - please respect that it is a residental area though, and please don't block access on Boundary Road.
Please do not park in the NCT bus layby or double park on the site access loop road.
Arriving By Bus
We are on Nottingham City Transport (NCT) bus routes and there is a bus stop within the Rushcliffe School site. Please contact NCT for up to date route and timetable information.
Finding the Gym
From the car park walk up to the school reception.
Our GFA Weekly Members / GFA Entrance
Go through the green pedestrian gate, turn left and walk up the drive. Bear right at the top of the school drive and walk up to slope towards the gym, past the new access road and continue to the top of the drive. Turn immediate left and go through the green gate. Walk around the perimeter of the gym along the new tarmac path. The GFA entrance is the first door on your right.

Squad Members (GFA Advanced, GFA Competitive, MAG WAG) / Main Entrance
Go through the green pedestrian gate, turn left and walk up the drive.B ear right at the top of the school drive, up the sloping drive past the grassed area and up the new access drive on the left. You will see our main entrance on the right.

Our PreSchool Members (Monday / Thursday & Friday) / Weekly Home Education Sessions / During School Hours
It is likely that you will need to park on the surrounding streets.
We now have a path path that allows unrestricted access to NGA, rather than having to walk through the school.
Just before the construction cabin at the entrance to the carpark, there is a path that leads you around the edge of the school site.
Please allow around 15 minutes to park and walk to the gym.

During Sessions
Once you have registered with the coach, you can either;
- Wait in our cafe where you can get a drink / snack. There is CCTV so that you can observe the sessions running in the gym. There are also plugs and USB connections so that you can plug in a laptop or phone. The cafe is on the top floor of the main gym building (via the main entrance).
- Or you prefer, you are free to leave the site.

Parking
There is a large car park, including additional spaces behind the Leisure Centre.
Arriving By Bus
The Leisure Centre is on the Nottingham City Transport (NCT) bus routes and there is a bus stop near the Leisure Centre Please contact NCT for up to date route and timetable information.
Location Of Classes
Classes run in the Arena’s Sports Hall.
Saturday morning classes enter and exit through the Sports Hall fire doors, Children enter into the sports Hall and are picked up from there too.
To access the Sports Hall:
Via the main entrance
Enter the Leisure Centre through the main entrance
Walk past reception and turn right, go though the gate.
Walk straight ahead, past the snooker tables, through a set of double doors and the Sports Hall is on the left.
To access the Sports Hall fire doors
Walk round the building or drive right round the Arena car park, past the front of the building, bearing right at the end of the car park, under the 'height restricted' barrier, then right again under the raised gate barrier and park at the top/far end of the car park.
You will see the fire-doors in the corner of the building and the coaches will meet you here.
