Booking A Class / Joining The Waiting List

We now have places available in our GymSchool / TeenMania classes for a start straightaway.

Most of our classes are organised by school year. CLICK HERE to check out the timetable. If your preferred class is full, there is the option to join the waiting list for the class using the same link.

Stay Informed

When you register, you can choose to receive email updates about available classes and other sessions, including holiday activities. These are also posted regularly on our website.

Click Book this course on your preference and follow the Checkout process.
Click on the 'Show classes that are full' filters toggle on the left-hand side for an option to join the waiting list if necessary.

New to NGA / CoursePro?

Select New Customers / Register and enter your child’s details. Complete the Medical section with any info / support needs, and Leaving Independently (for Year 7 or above if your child is permitted to leave the session on their own). Complete the marketing options for emails if you wish to be kept up to date with other opportunities / sessions.

If you already have an account, log in as a Returning Customer with your email address and password. We can help you change your password if needed.

You can update your photo consent and marketing options by logging into your account once set up.

Payment For Your Class

Set up your direct debit for your future monthly fees (the amount will be displayed).
Pay for the classes up to your first direct payment payment by credit / debit card (upfront cycle fee).

Your First Class

Location: Rushcliffe Spencer Academy, Boundary Road, West Bridgford, NG2 7BW. Visit our website’s “Find Us” section for directions and drop-off / collection details.

Academy Fees For Members If Your Child Continues

After the first two weeks, to continue, you will need to:

• Register with British Gymnastics, £24 for a 'rolling' year's membership. Details to follow.
• Pay the NGA Affiliation Fee. Our new membership year starts on 1st November.(last year's fee was £26 but is subject to review). More details will follow

We hope that your child enjoys the class and settles, and it works for you too. To cancel after your two trial sessions though, let us know within 24 hours after your scheduled second class and we will refund your remaining fees (please send us your account name, number and sort-code for a refund by bank transfer).

Cancellations & Refunds

We realise that plans may change. We will do our best to help, but we do have some terms and conditions:

More than 72 hours before the first session: A full refund can given minus a £5.00 administration fee / full credit to use against future bookings.
72 hours or less before first session: A refund will be due under our trial sessions refund offer.
No refund or replacement sessions will be due for missed trial sessions.
The above includes bookings that have been made in error if we cannot transfer the booking or issue a credit.

Not The Right Time / Your Preferred Class is Full

Interested, but not the right time?: You can register for a class using the above details at any time (subject to availability).
Your preferred class is full: Clicking on the 'Show classes that are full toggle' allows you to register on the CoursePro waiting list. We will contact you as soon as a place becomes available. Please note that after two offers we will remove the waiting list registration if we don't hear from you.
