Welfare

‘Notts Gymnastics Academy (NGA) strive to instil a lifelong appreciation of movement, exercise and sport while teaching children the rewards and qualities of dedication and hard work.’

One of NGA objectives is:

‘To create a fun and enjoyable family environment for all gymnasts regardless of levels of ability or fitness levels’

A responsibility of everyone involved within NGA is to ensure that we provide a safe and supportive environment for everyone especially the gymnasts. Please watch this highly regarded video clip from the NSPCC, named as the ‘Magic Sports Kit’ which helps us understand what the gymnasts may be thinking if they don't achieve their objectives.

See our 'Welfare team' page for more information about NGA's Welfare Officers and how you can contact them.

If you wish to report a concern or incident please see our 'Reporting a concern/incident' page for further details.

Please see here for for NGA's Safeguarding Leaflet for parents/carers
