We are delighted to announce that our popular Monday and Wednesday Adults gymnastics sessions are back! Starting on Monday 17th May, join us on Monday and / or Wednesday evenings from 8.15pm-10.15pm.

Join us on Friday 16th April 2.00pm-3.00pm for a taster session!  

We offer one hour taster sessions if you're not a member of NGA. As well as an introduction into the fantastic and exciting world of gymnastics, they offer a useful insight into what to expect from our gymnastics sessions if you become a member.

New for 2021- our PreSchool GymDots class

A structured weekly class for our youngest children, walking to age 2.

A fun and engaging introduction to our fantastic sport led by our fully-trained PreSchool coaches.

Each week the class will start with a group warm up and activity circuit. There will then be a choice of equipment for a further activity. And finally, we finish with our Goodbye song.
