NGA CHRISTMAS DISPLAY 2024

Here are the details and timings for this year's Squads Christmas Display.

Dress Rehearsal

The dress rehearsal will take place on FRIDAY 13th DECEMBER. Please click on the link below to view the schedule for the evening and the time that your child will need to attend.

The Display Performances

There will be three performances on Display day SATURDAY 14th DECEMBER.

1. 10.00am-11.30am

2. 12.15pm-1.45pm

3. 2.30pm-4.00pm

Some groups will be in more than one performance. Please click on the link below to see the schedule and which performances your child's group will be in. Any gymnast perorming an individual routine will have been contacted separately. 

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE AND RUNNING ORDER

TICKETS

Tickets for the three performances will need to be ordered in advance. It is unlikely that there will be any tickets available on the day. Please click on the links below to book.

For safety and comfort, there is a limit to how many spectators we can accommodate for each show. During the initial booking period tickets will be limited to 2 adults plus children who need to attend. Orders above this will not be processed (we will contact you if this applies).

To give all parents / carers the opportunity to attend, if your child is in multiple performances, please only book tickets for one performance during the initial booking period.

After the initial booking period that closes at the end of Sunday 1st December, any remaining tickets can be bought on a first-come-first served basis by filling in an additional ticket request.

Bookings will close at the end of Tuesday 10th December or when all tickets have been purchased (whichever is the sooner). Any remaining tickets can be bought on the day (availability is not guaranteed)

No payment is taken at the time of booking. We will process your booking and request payment via LoveAdmin / the direct debit for the gymnast named on the form.

You will not receive a separate confirmation. You can save a copy of your order form. 

No physical tickets will be issued. Wristbands will be collected when you arrive on the day.
