Girls Trial Sessions

Do you have a female gymnast who is passionate and motivated and would like to enter the exciting world of competitive gymnastics?

Our Squad groups are for those gymnasts who have the potential to take their gymnastics participation further than our one hour weekly classes and provide the opportunity to join the competitive pathway,

We will be assessing fundamental qualities needed for gymnastics - strength, flexibility and co-ordination / agility. Basic gymnastics skills are needed to attend the session, plus motivation. passion and enthusiasm for gymnastics.

For those girls who are successful there will be the opportunity to join one of our groups..

The cost of each session is £15.00 and is open to both NGA members and non-members.

Advanced Groups Trial Session

We are running an open trial looking for girls born in 2018, 2019 & 2020* to join our Gymnastics For All (GFA) Advanced groups

Please note that this session is for girls who are of school age, born between 1st January 2018 and 31st August 2020

The trial session will take place on Saturday 5th April from 4.00pm-5.00pm.

Girls Trial Session

We are running an open trial looking for girls born in 2016, & 2017 to join our Girls Squad groups

Please note that this session is for girls who are of school age, born between 1st January 2016 and 31st December 2017.

The trial session will take place on Saturday 5th April from 3.00pm-4.00pm,

 lay Sessions 

We are running an evening Flicks & Tricks worksop om Wednesday 2nd April, 7.15pm-8.30pm

Flicks & Tricks workshops are for children aged 8 to 11 who wish to improve their tumbling skills. This session is not suitable for gymnasts who are beginners in tumbling. Attainment of a round-off flick is needed as a minumum skill level to join in.

 lay Sessions 

Our Boys Experience Sessions

 A 60 minute session offering boys the chance to try out the Men's Apparatus in our world class facilities with our expert coaches!

This session is open to boys aged 5 to 9 years old.

No previous gymnastics experience is needed. It will be a fun session which will include the Men's gymnastics apparatus.

There are limited places available on each session, so book now to avoid disappointment!
