Beatrice Hill competed at the Level 4 national championships. She started off on beam with a stunning routine, unfortunately she suffered an uncharacteristic fall (on her choreography!). Despite this, she still scored 11.900 and place 15th, which further demonstrates her strength and potential on this piece for the future.

On floor, she impressed the judges with her elegant choreography and efficient tumbles. The rewarded her with a score of 12.350 and put her in 2nd position.

Beatrice then performed a powerful vault, she placed 7th and scored 13.050.

To finish the competition, Beatrice moved onto bars, she swung nicely showing much improved shapes in her giants and handstand as well as an impressive backaway. She finished 3rd in bars with the second highest score of the competition 12.350.

Overall Beatrice finished 6th in GB, her combined score also put her in 6th. Congratulations Bea 🌟

Becky and Ellie achieved history at the World Championships last year, claiming team Bronze. The sisters had a fantastic European Championships, with Becky being crowned European Bars Champion, and Ellie claiming silver on Foor and Vault. Ellie made history herself when she claimed all 4 apparatus titles at the 2016 Osijec World Cup event in Croatia, the first gymnast ever to do so in a World Cup event! The sisters where then selected for Team GB at the Rio Olympics where they helped the team achieve their best ever result at an Olympic Games.
